Overall I'd recommend them just because they help ease the pain it seems as he's not limping near as much. :) The boots are the right size so that's not the issue with ease of use. ? I've only had these for about 2 weeks and I'm hoping the pads smash down some. I have to let my horse walk around abit to get them all the way on. You can't pull on the upper parts to get them on, you have to slide the hoof in as far as you can and then wiggle the heck out of them to get them on further.
Only reason I didn't give these 5 stars is because of how hard they are to put on. The cushion inside is thick and my horse is walking much easier with them on.
